- Discussing ways to test the company culture as well as the suitability of individuals within the proposed project team to ensure cultural alignment at all levels: What are the key attributes we are testing for and how can you do this most effectively?
- Learning how to locate experienced and appropriate project partners to fulfil project needs and facilitate collaborative partnerships when you haven’t already got established partners in the region
- Exploring creative ways to explore alignment outside of interviews, such as using sub-consultant opportunities on other live projects to test partner suitability ahead of committing to a full contract
